Jim Swindle, CEO

Jim founded CAM Services in 1987 with the express idea of providing every service necessary for the upkeep and enhancement of commercial properties. From that beginning in Culver City the company has grown to 140 employees with additional offices in San Diego, Inland Empire and Orange County.

David A. Herrera, President

A graduate of UCLA (BA) and Pepperdine University (MBA), David directs both operations and sales for CAM. He has direct experience in every aspect of the company’s operations, sales, and management and has succeeded in building long-term relationships with many high profile clients in the Southern California market. David served as the president of ACRE Southern California, 2011 and is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) – California Inland Empire Chapter.
