Our Newest Raving Fan!

For the month of October three exceptional nominees are up for Raving Fan Champion.  And, the nominees are… [drum roll]

 Dalena Highley-For her Raving Fan performance as an account manager practicing +1 customer service for a major client. Dalena responded to an emergency line email at 9pm on a Sunday and called the client and dispatched the crew that night to unclog an overflowing toilet, cleanup the water, barricade the stall, and report what the plumber should do the next morning, all within an hour.  

 Mariza Manzano-In her rookie year as the administrative assistant for the Steam Cleaning, Sweeping, Porter and Janitorial divisions.  In less than three months, Mariza has smoothly transitioned to become a valuable asset to these service divisions and to our clients, as she deals with customers, vendors and employees in a smooth and professional manner, which reflects positively on all of us.
 

Julie Pate- Plays ‘the heavy’ and does a job that goes unnoticed but is vital to the company’s financial well-being: Sending invoices and collecting money.  Julie processes hundreds of invoices and checks each month and must deal with constant communication.
